PetSpot Terms of Use

1. Parties and purpose

These Terms govern the PetSpot mobile applications, petspot.love website, web check-in and available web cabinets. The service is provided by PetSpot Technologies LLC, Georgia, identification number 422961637, registered on 7 September 2026. Registered address: Georgia, Ambrolauri Municipality, Khvanchkara village, block N001, plot N047 Namosakhlevi. Contacts: support@petspot.love, petspot@petspot.love.

PetSpot provides software tools for pet care, communication with veterinary clinics and organising clinic work. A selected clinic, not PetSpot, performs veterinary services for an animal. These Terms do not remove PetSpot’s responsibility for its own obligations.

A clinic may also have a separate cabinet-services contract, agreed order and DPA. Publication of a DPA does not by itself mean that a particular clinic has entered into it. Individual commercial terms do not arise merely from visiting the website.

2. Accepting the Terms

You accept these Terms when registering or continuing an action if the relevant button is accompanied by a clear acceptance notice and an accessible link to the Terms, or when entering into a separate contract that incorporates them. Simply reading an informational page is not consent to optional data processing.

The Privacy Policy explains data processing. Reading it or accepting these Terms does not replace separate consents required for advertising, AI disclosure of material or other actions.

3. Age and authority

Independent accounts are intended for people aged 16 or over. For users aged 16–17, legal-representative consent and capacity requirements continue to apply to the relevant action. Clinic representative accounts and actions on behalf of an organisation require appropriate authority.

Do not impersonate another person, clinic or clinic staff member. You must have the right to supply the information uploaded and to act in relation to the selected pet. An interface role does not establish legal ownership of an animal or professional status.

4. Accounts and security

Provide current information necessary for the selected feature and a correct contact method. Do not share passwords, one-time codes or sign-in credentials. A public user ID supports lookup or identification; it must not be treated as proof of authority to access that person’s records.

Report suspected unauthorised access to support. Sign out on shared devices. Different sign-in methods may require confirmation that they belong to the same account; we do not promise to merge accounts merely because names or photographs match.

Web check-in may use a guest session and save a draft. This does not make entered contact information anonymous or mean that a submission is complete before confirmation.

5. Pet records and shared access

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter to the best of your knowledge. A clinic is responsible for professional records entered on its behalf. Correcting a clinical document may require contacting its author rather than silently overwriting history.

A PetSpot digital record or “passport” does not replace an official veterinary passport, travel certificate, microchip registration or mandatory paper document unless the relevant authority separately recognises that format.

Check the recipient and permissions when granting another user or clinic access. Viewing and editing are different permissions. Revocation does not automatically delete lawfully completed visit records or copies kept outside PetSpot. Archiving a pet does not erase its data.

6. Bookings, queues and veterinary care

The status displayed in the interface indicates whether a booking is confirmed. Sending a request does not always mean that a clinic has accepted it. Check the date, time, branch, clinic service, practitioner and status. The relevant clinic supplies its rescheduling, lateness, cancellation and veterinary-service terms.

Queue waiting times are estimates unless expressly promised otherwise. Urgent cases, examination duration and operational changes can affect order and timing. A clinic catalogue price relates to the specified clinic service; additional examinations and costs require agreement with the clinic and do not arise automatically from making a booking.

PetSpot is not an emergency veterinary service. Contact a clinic directly if an animal’s life or health is at risk. Do not wait for a chat reply, push notification or automatic reminder. Notifications and calendars do not replace veterinary instructions or the owner’s responsibility to check treatment timing.

PetSpot informational material and automated functions are not a personalised diagnosis or treatment prescription. Booking confirmation does not replace consent to veterinary treatment.

7. Messages, files and materials

Messages, photographs, documents and other material must not contain fraud, threats, unlawful disclosure of others’ information, copyright infringement, impersonation, spam, malicious files, illegal animal trading or material encouraging cruelty to animals. Do not post obscene, discriminatory or otherwise unlawful material.

You retain rights in your content. To operate the selected feature, you grant PetSpot non-exclusive permission to store, technically transform, display and deliver the content to recipients contemplated by the feature and your choice. Contractors may receive it only as necessary for that processing. This permission does not grant us the right to sell your content, use it in advertising without a separate basis, or train general-purpose publicly available AI models on it. After deletion, further use is limited to completing the deletion technically and lawful exceptions.

Recipients may retain public material and links. The Privacy Policy explains direct image links and access to conversations.

8. Review of material and complaints

PetSpot may consider reports and restrict content or access where necessary to comply with law, protect users or enforce the Terms. Measures must be proportionate to the violation. Where possible we give a reason; advance notice may be omitted where it creates a security risk or is prohibited by law.

Report content, data misuse, access restrictions or conduct in the service to support@petspot.love, including a link or item ID, an explanation and a reply contact. Do not publicly disclose sensitive information as evidence. You can request reconsideration; rights to contact a competent authority or court remain available.

A clinic or clinic service appearing in the interface is not a government licence, medical recommendation or quality guarantee. The clinic remains responsible for lawful operations, current information and necessary authorisations.

9. Optional AI features

This section applies only to available processing of a selected image. Before material is sent to an external AI service, the recipient and purpose must be clear; necessary consent is requested separately.

AI results may contain errors, altered appearances or invented details. Review results before using them. Do not present generated premises, equipment, qualifications or treatment outcomes as real. Do not upload material you have no right to have processed.

PetSpot does not guarantee that an AI result is unique or unlike other works. This section does not authorise new AI processing of veterinary documents, human medical information or voice recordings without a separate description and necessary grounds.

10. Payment and voluntary support

Creating an account or accepting these Terms does not create a subscription or authorise charges. Before any payment for a paid feature, the payee, price, period, material limits, cancellation procedure and applicable refund rules must be provided. New charges are not imposed retroactively.

Payment for a veterinary service is governed by the relationship with the selected clinic. PetSpot cabinet fees require separately agreed commercial terms. A price field, financial statistics or an unfinished button does not establish that online payments are connected.

Where voluntary project support is offered, it is not required for free features and does not purchase a company share or imply a tax benefit. The purpose and recipient of a specific payment must be identified before payment. Mandatory consumer rights remain intact.

11. Platform operation and responsibility

We aim to keep the service operational, but maintenance, network failures and third-party restrictions may occur. Do not rely on PetSpot as the sole copy of a mandatory document or the only urgent contact channel. Keep necessary documents using an available method.

Clinics are responsible for their veterinary services, professional decisions, staff and information. PetSpot is responsible for its own conduct and obligations under law and the applicable contract. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes mandatory consumer protections.

We do not unconditionally guarantee appointment timing, treatment outcomes, delivery of every push or availability of every feature in every version. This does not override expressly agreed obligations or lawful user remedies.

12. Intellectual rights

Using PetSpot does not transfer rights in software, design, names or other people’s materials, beyond a limited right to use the available service for its intended purpose. These Terms do not assert that every PetSpot designation is a registered trademark.

Do not copy or use material beyond what law or its rights holder permits, bypass access controls, extract others’ personal information or disrupt the service. Lawful security research and mandatory copyright exceptions are not displaced by these Terms.

13. Ending use and deletion

You may stop using the service and request account deletion through the deletion page and the available application feature. Account deletion concerns account-only personal information; pet records, veterinary history and clinic documents are assessed separately according to the responsible party and lawful retention ground.

Access may be proportionately restricted for an established violation, unlawful use or security threat. Closing an account does not extinguish existing lawful obligations or justify indefinite retention of all information. Return or deletion of clinic data is governed by its contract, DPA and law; information must not be withheld as leverage in a dispute.

14. Changes, governing law and contact

Georgian law applies, without removing mandatory consumer and data-protection rules applicable to a particular user. The choice of law does not remove access to a court or authority whose jurisdiction follows from mandatory law. These Terms do not impose a mandatory waiver of judicial remedies or compulsory consumer arbitration.

Material changes are communicated before application where required by law or the nature of the change. A change requiring new consent is not accepted merely by updating this page. Applicable contract-change and cancellation rights continue for an existing paid service.

Contact support@petspot.love. Contacting support is not a prerequisite that prevents approaching a competent authority. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law. Russian, English and Georgian versions are intended to have the same meaning; translation does not limit mandatory user rights.
